It’s hard to believe Altman’s gone. M*A*S*H is one of my favorites, and I was happy he was the one to put Garrison Keillor on screen: kindred spirits if there ever were any.

I’d like to make some comment about how “musical” a director Altman was. But I’m having trouble substantiating my thoughts.
