I’d love to spend a pre-noon day with Purcell’s Fantasias and Indian morning classical ragas. And I’ve admired George Benjamin’s intense “Into the Little Hill” chamber opera on disc, and would go some distance to hear a staged, semi-staged, or concert version.

Last, the Baltimore Symphony is also saluting Frank Zappa this summer, along with tributes to Philip Glass and Michael Jackson.
