I do think there is a conflict of interest, how big a conflict I am not sure of yet. My organization has relied on this name for 9 years now (incorporated in 2001 in PA) . We are both organizations involved in the promotion of contemporary chamber music. We are based less than 100 miles of each other. We frequently present NYC artists and composers too. A great deal of our tix revenue is generated from the URL. We even capitalize the “Now”
