He’s a really interesting composer (from a generation of really interesting Brit. composers.) His interest in constructing an expressive ‘language’ from a combination of composing, orchestrating & arranging was a big influence on my own decision back in the mid 80s to acquire & cultivate a similar skill set. @Becker- Check this piece out.
