A lot of the young musicians and artists I’ve met here – as well as people who have spent many years in Houston advocating independent and avant-garde music in all its forms – have a lot to say about the sale of KTRU. As a resident Houstonian, I am really excited to see someone promote the diversity and richness of our music scene, especially at a time when so many in our city are in such a foul spirit over to the sale of KTRU.
