“Reconstructed Music“, a piano trio by Faye-Ellen Silverman written in response to the events of September 11, will be performed by Alaria  on Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 1:30PM in the Concert Hall of Mannes College The New School for Music.

This concert, sponsored by Music Under Construction,  also features works by Thomas Addison, Wendy Griffiths, and David Tcimpidis,

Alaria is the Ensemble-in-Residence of the Extension Division of Mannes College the New School for Music. The members of this group are Yuri Vodovoz, violin and Diliana Momtchilova, cello. Guest pianist Margaret Kampmeier will be joining them for this concert, along with other guest artists.
Mannes College is located at 150 West 85th Street in Manhattan, between Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues. Admission is free.
