CantaLibre113The acclaimed Canta Libre Chamber Ensemble will be in concert on Sunday, April 14 – 2:00 PM at Connetquot Public Library, 760 Ocean Avenue, Bohemia, New York.

Repertoire for this event will be contemporary Canadian composer Marjan Mozetich’s Angels in Flight, contemporary American composer Gary Schocker’s Cherry Blossoms, Ravel’s Introduction and Allegro, Distant Light by American composer Joseph Russo and Invitation to the Dance by Carl Maria Von Weber.

Canta Libre performers will be Sally Shorrock, flute, Francisca Mendoza, violin, Bernard Tamosaitis, cello and Karen Lindquist, harp, with special guests, violist Artie Dibble, clarinetist Samuel Marques and Carrie Dowell on second violin.
