Search & Restore and Manhattan New Music Project (MNMP) are proud to co-present a four-night residency with the Grammy-nominated ensemble Kneebody. Each night will consist of two sets featuring special guests: guitarist Wayne Krantz, indie-rapper Busdriver, drummer Mark Guiliana, and experimental music producer Daedelus.
Founded in 2001, Kneebody has built upon an impressive array of individual resumes and conservatory training to create a truly singular voice within the instrumental world. The group released an album of works by Charles Ives in 2009 last year, which received a Grammy nomination in the crossover field. During the four-night run, Kneebody will perform from their follow-up 2010 release You Can Have Your Moment (Winter & Winter).
