Girls Names: “Bury Me” (CD Preview; Video; MP3)

Belfast trio Girls Names have released a video for their song “Bury Me” via our friends at Stereogum. The uptempo song is a memorable slice of indie pop. But it’s still complicated by supple shadings: jangly, echoing guitars and moody vocals supply a deliciously bittersweet contrast.

Neo No Wave

Talk Normal’s Sugarland is a debut that recalls noisy experimental rock from the 80s while at the same time adding even more gritty stylization to the mix. Check out the video for “Transmission Lost,” which debuted today on Stereogum.
