Bolcom's Blake Songs in Minneapolis April 2007

The Star Tribune of Minneapolis-St. Paul reported on Sunday that VocalEssence, the Minneapolis-based choral arts organization led by Philip Brunelle, will present two performances of William Bolcom’s Songs of Innocence and of Experience as part of Illuminating Bolcom, a two-week festival celebrating the composer’s work that will run from April 21st-May 5th, 2007. The performances of Songs of Innocence and of Experience are expected to be highlights of the 2006-2007 VocalEssence season and will take place on April 28th and 29th, 2007 in Orchestra Hall.
